Yes, that is certainly possible. You can first start with the Basic Package and then upgrade to a more extensive package at any time. This way you can familiarize yourself with the possibilities and switch later when your needs grow.
Depending on the package, there may be initial setup or integration costs. These costs are usually limited with the Basic, Standard and Premium Package. We are happy to make a customized quote for the Enterprise and White Label package, including a clear indication of any start-up costs.
The difference between the Basic, Standard and Premium Package is mainly in the options for sending purchase and sales messages, the number of messages you can send per month, the number of users who can gain access and the number of GLNs (Global Location Numbers). that you can use. A more comprehensive package generally offers more functionality and growth opportunities, so you can always choose a package that best suits your needs.

Yes, the platform can be linked to King as standard. We are currently working on a connection with ExactOnline, which we expect in the second quarter of 2025. We also offer an API for further integration by your IT department. If you need a specific connection, we can also develop custom connectors. We take security and privacy very seriously and have taken this into account when designing our platform from the start. We only process the data we need to provide our services. Once a message has been successfully delivered, we store the data for a limited time and then anonymize it. This way we can use the anonymized data to continue to improve our system, without infringing on privacy. We will never sell this data or use it for other purposes.
The White Label Package is intended for enterprise companies that want to offer their customers an environment in their own corporate identity, and for software suppliers who want to offer the solution as a service. Your brand remains central, giving customers a seamless, recognizable experience without a visible reference to the original provider.
When you exceed the set message limit, we automatically switch to a higher package or activate an extra message bundle of 10,000 messages. Please note that this extra bundle is not transferable to the next month, so unused messages will expire at the end of the month. This allows you to continue to use the platform uninterruptedly without having to take any action yourself.
In general, you can get started within about 14 days after purchasing a package. This depends on the required configurations for your own systems and standard integrations, such as those with King. In addition, customer onboarding can be an ongoing process, but you can at least quickly start sending your first (test) message.
